Working for yourself is hard to do

My boss doesnt give me vacations, expects overtime without pay, expects me to work without pay, wait for pay, no 401 k or benefits, geez

And its the best job I have ever had in my life. Its scary and nerve racking and I miss "knowing" a check is coming but I love it.
